Kashmir è una rock band danese formatasi a Copenhagen negli anni '70. Il gruppo ha raggiunto un discreto successo internazionale con il loro sound psichedelico e progressivo, influenzato da artisti come Led Zeppelin e Pink Floyd. Il loro album di debutto, "Earthbound", pubblicato nel 1975, è considerato un classico del rock progressivo danese. Tra i brani più noti di Kashmir ci sono "The Sound of the Mountain", "Fade Away" e "Man on a Mission". Dopo una pausa negli anni '80, la band si è riunita alla fine degli anni '90 e continua ad essere attiva fino ai giorni nostri, pubblicando nuovi album e girando in tour.
