Kevin James LaBrie, nato il 5 maggio 1963, è un cantante canadese noto soprattutto per essere il frontman del gruppo di progressive metal Dream Theater. LaBrie ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '80, cantando in diverse band locali prima di unirsi ai Dream Theater nel 1991. La sua voce potente e versatile, capace di passare da note acute a registri profondi con grande facilità, è diventata un elemento distintivo del sound della band. Tra i brani più rappresentativi di LaBrie con i Dream Theater figurano "The Dance of Eternity", "Octavarium" e "A Change of Seasons". L'album "Awake" (1994) è considerato uno dei capolavori del progressive metal, grazie anche alla performance vocale di LaBrie. Oltre al lavoro con i Dream Theater, LaBrie ha collaborato con altri artisti come Tony Levin e John Petrucci, e ha pubblicato album solisti.
