Poison Clan è stato un gruppo hip hop del Sud degli Stati Uniti firmato per Luke Records dal 1990 al 1995. Il gruppo ha avuto diverse formazioni, con membri come JT Money, Debonaire, Uzi, Madball e Big Ram. Poison Clan ha svolto un ruolo importante nello sviluppo del movimento Dirty South che si è sviluppato alla fine degli anni '90.
