Thrice è un gruppo musicale statunitense di genere post-hardcore formatosi ad Irvine, California, nel 1998. I membri fondatori, Dustin Kensrue (voce), Teppei Terai (chitarra), Eddie Breckenridge (basso) e Riley Breckenridge (batteria), si sono conosciuti al liceo e condividevano la passione per lo skateboarding. Influenzati da band come At the Drive-In, Thrice ha mantenuto una formazione stabile nel corso degli anni, pubblicando sette album in studio: "The Illusion of Safety" (2001), "Ready to Die" (2003), "Vheissu" (2005), "The Alchemy Index Vols. I and II" (2007), "Beggars" (2009), "Major/Minor" (2011) e "To Be Everywhere at Once" (2016). Il gruppo è noto per la sua musica complessa, che combina elementi di post-hardcore, progressive rock e emo.
