The Dayton Family è un gruppo hip hop hardcore proveniente da Flint, Michigan, USA. Il gruppo è composto da Bootleg, Shoestring e Backstabber (Matthew Hinkle). Hinkle è stato incarcerato dopo il rilascio del loro album di debutto *What's On My Mind?* ed è stato rilasciato recentemente. Durante la sua detenzione per l'album successivo *F.B.I.* (Fuck Being Indicted), hanno contribuito solo Shoestring e Bootleg.
