David Brent Nail (nato il 18 maggio 1979 a Kennett, Missouri) è un musicista country statunitense. Nel 2002 ha esordito con il singolo "Memphis", che si è classificato al numero 52 delle classifiche country di Billboard e ha anticipato il suo album d'esordio omonimo mai pubblicato. Nel 2007 ha firmato per la MCA Nashville (che, come Mercury, fa parte del gruppo Universal Music Group Nashville) e ha rilasciato il suo secondo singolo in classifica, una cover di "I'm About to Come Alive" dei Train. Seguito nel 2009 da "Red Light", il suo primo successo country Top 10. Entrambe le canzoni sono presenti nell'album d'esordio "I'm About to Come Alive", uscito l'18 agosto 2009. Nail è stato membro della fraternità Pi Kappa Alpha, capitolo Delta Theta presso l'Università Statale dell'Arkansas.
