My Darkest Days è stata una rock band canadese formatasi a Peterborough, Ontario, nel 2008. La formazione originale comprendeva Matt Walst (voce), Brendan McMillan (basso), Doug Oliver (batteria), Sal Costa (chitarra) e Reid Henry (tastiera). Scoperti da Chad Kroeger dei Nickelback, il gruppo ha firmato con la 604 Records di Kroeger. Il loro debutto omonimo è uscito nel 2010, raggiungendo un discreto successo grazie al singolo "Porn Star Dancing".
