Phrase è un gruppo musicale di genere elettronico, attivo negli anni '80. La loro musica presenta sonorità synth-pop e new wave, con influenze da artisti come Depeche Mode e Kraftwerk. Nonostante la mancanza di informazioni dettagliate sulla formazione e l'origine del gruppo, Phrase ha pubblicato due album: "Talk With Force" (1984) e "Here Now/Talk with Force" (1986).
