Animal Collective è un gruppo musicale sperimentale statunitense formatosi nel 1998 a Baltimore, Maryland. Composto da Avey Tare (David Portner), Panda Bear (Noah Lennox), Deakin (Josh Dibb) e Geologist (Brian Weitz), il gruppo è noto per la sua musica psichedelica, elettronica e noise pop, caratterizzata da arrangiamenti complessi, voci eteree e un'atmosfera onirica.
