Welcome to my disregarded thoughts by Markel Scott
Act One: The Abyss
It was a cold and breezy fall afternoon. The wind blew at a velocity that could make the sound of a screeching halt. As a man proceeds on his walk home, there's an intuitive feeling following him, as a lion does an unaware gazelle. A tingling feeling that makes him feel as if he's exactly where he needs to be
As he continues on his stroll, he nearly crushes an old cassette tape that he notices on the ground. Now, on any other occasion, this cassette wouldn't even garner any attention... but for some reason, that very same intuitive feeling birthed a second thought. As the tape was picked up, suddenly an urgency grew
Now rushing to get back to his apartment, the man is eager to find out where this tape is from and what it has in store for him. He finally reaches his building, and works his way up the stairs into his home. The urgency and the eager feeling that he once felt is transformed into a passion, and an opportunity at evolution. True evolution
He immediately put the tape into an old player, wasting no time, and as he sat there awaiting an answer, he witnessed a message. An energy. A perspective that he'll never forget
Yeah, yeah
Check, check it
This what y'all been waiting for, right?
Motherfuckers better wake up
Fuckers better wake up
Who is Bishop Nehru?
Uh, the guy tryna keep a positive mind
But always gettin' tested by the devil and God
So the way I see the world as I, they'll never copy
I'm hopin' they understand, but knowin' they won't, probably
It's probably straight comedy when I talk, honestly
'Cause it's a lot of people don't wanna open their mind to see
They want me mad, 'cause cops drop us within a week
But it's nothin' new, it's just now you can send a tweet
I been peep before the misrule order
So I won't give them people what they be wantin' more of
Which is gore, horror, a closed-border war
'Cause the unity ain't show, they only 'posed to slaughter
So let's avoid the torture of the mental and restore the
Peace of mind, it shouldn't be too deep to find
Just search for focus and keep trying
With the mind of a genius and the heart of a lion
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
I don't know, maybe I'm just gettin' older (gettin' older)
Do I see how the world is supposed to? (huh)
I don't know, maybe I'm just gettin' bolder (gettin' bolder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
I showed so much love, it made my heart cold
Now I see it all black and white like a barcode
I'm tired of hit-ups from all of these dumb hoes
I just want one shorty I know I can call my own
Fuck it though, right now I guess it's 'bout the dough
And trying to stay happy, 'cause sadly it come and go
Yeah I know there's highs and lows, but I'm tryna go
Got a different mission envisioned that I'm knowin' is dope
People love to come and go, so I learned to cope
And to stay focused on my aim like it was a scope
Won't let a soul take the passion, I keep hold
Back against the ropes, but at least I get to see the hopes
People try and throw me while I'm tryna grow
Waitin' for my glow, shit is slow
Every person that I cared for went ghost
If I didn't have my mom, shit, I don't know
But my head high. 'cause I'ma blow
Search for the light in the darkness
Bring the light to the darkness
Dark need light
So I'ma bring the light to the darkness
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
I don't know, maybe I'm just gettin' older (gettin' older)
Do I see how the world is supposed to? (huh)
I don't know, maybe I'm just gettin' bolder (gettin' bolder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
All I see is the days gettin' colder (gettin' colder)
Yeah
N-O-N, Nehruvians or Nothin'
Motherfucker, N-O-N
Yerp
Wake the fuck up
You need to wake the fuck up
Niggas need to wake the fuck up
'Cause they sleepin', they sleepin', they sleep (haha)
'Cause they sleepin', they sleepin', they sleep
'Cause they sleepin', they sleepin', they sleep
Negli ultimi anni qualcosa è cambiato ? radicalmente. Canzoni sconosciute esplodono in pochi giorni.
