Chairlift è un gruppo musicale statunitense di musica elettronica pop, formatosi a New York nel 2003. Il duo, composto da Patrick Wimberly e Caroline Polachek, si distingue per sonorità synth-pop orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. Dopo l'EP "The Golden Record" (2008), hanno raggiunto il successo internazionale con l'album di debutto "Does You Inspire Me?" (2009), contenente il singolo "Bruises", diventato un inno indie pop.
