Stream of Passion è un gruppo musicale di progressive metal con influenze symphonic e gothic metal, fondato da Arjen Anthony Lucassen e Marcela Bovio. A causa della distanza geografica tra i membri del gruppo, Lucassen compose l'album d'esordio *Embrace the Storm* tramite internet. L'album è stato pubblicato il 24 ottobre 2005 attraverso InsideOut Music. Il sound di Stream of Passion si caratterizza per la potente voce di Bovio, le melodie sinfoniche e gli arrangiamenti complessi che richiamano l'opera di gruppi come Nightwish e Epica. Nel corso della loro carriera hanno pubblicato altri album di successo come *The Flame Within* (2009) e *Darker Days* (2013). Tra i brani più rappresentativi si possono citare: *Embrace the Storm*, *Out of My Mind*, *The Flame Within*.
