Ninety Pound Wuss (conosciuti anche come 90 Lb. Wuss) erano una band punk rock sperimentale proveniente da Port Angeles, Washington, USA. Attivi a partire dalla metà degli anni '90, hanno pubblicato tre album per Tooth and Nail Records. Parte del movimento punk cristiano di quel periodo, la loro musica ha visto un progressivo allontanamento dai contenuti religiosi, dando spazio ad una maggiore varietà sonora. Sebbene non abbiano raggiunto grande fama mainstream, Ninety Pound Wuss sono considerati un'importante realtà nell'underground punk americano degli anni '90.
