Gli Old Crow Medicine Show sono un gruppo musicale bluegrass americano formatosi in Virginia nel 1998, trasferitosi poi a Nashville, Tennessee. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da una fusione di tradizioni bluegrass, folk e country, con influenze anche del rockabilly e della musica popolare americana.
