Street Brats sono un gruppo punk rock attivo negli anni '80. Originari di New York, hanno contribuito alla scena hardcore con sonorità aggressive e testi provocatori. Tra i loro album più noti si annovera "See You at the Bottom", pubblicato nel 1983. Il brano "Dead End Kids" è diventato un classico del genere punk. La band ha collaborato con altri artisti della scena underground newyorkese, contribuendo a definire l'estetica e la cultura del movimento hardcore.
Lo scorso 13 luglio Paolo Belli era in bicicletta tra Correggio e Campagnola, in provincia di Reggio Emilia, per la sua solita sgambata, quando ha investito un uomo di 41 anni di nome Alessandro Mignani che, trasportato in ospedale, dopo 1 giorno in terapia intensiva, è deceduto.
