Gli Sleaford Mods sono un duo post-punk formato a Nottingham nel 2007 dal cantante Jason Williamson e dal musicista Simon Parfrement. Nel 2012, Parfrement è stato sostituito da Andrew Fearn. Conosciuti per lo stile musicale abrasivo e minimalista, gli Sleaford Mods si distinguono per le loro invettive contro la Gran Bretagna dell'austerità, la condizione operaia e la cultura consumista. Le loro canzoni spesso incorporano campionamenti di musica elettronica e ritmi industriali, creando un suono unico e potente. Il loro album "Eton Alive" (2014) è stato definito "il manifesto più completo della rabbia working class esasperata dalla dilagante alienazione digitale".
