Nephasth è stato un gruppo musicale formatosi nel 1997. Il genere musicale del gruppo si colloca nell'ambito dell'extreme metal, in particolare del black metal e death metal. La loro discografia comprende album come *Immortal Unholy Triumph* e *Conceived by Inhuman Blood*, oltre a contributi per compilation come *Mercenary Musik Sampler 2001*. Nonostante la breve durata attiva, Nephasth ha lasciato un segno nel panorama underground metal con sonorità aggressive e testi oscuri.
