Elvenking è una band italiana di folk/power metal formatasi nel 1997. Il gruppo si distingue per l'utilizzo di strumenti tradizionali celtici e medievali, combinati con riff heavy metal e melodie orecchiabili. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Pagan Manifesto", "Where the Wild Winds Blow" e "Elvenking". Nel corso della loro carriera hanno pubblicato sei album in studio, tra cui il debutto "Wyrd". L'album del 2018 "Secrets of the Magick Grimoire" ha segnato un nuovo capitolo per la band, con una sonorità più matura e complessa. Elvenking è considerata una delle realtà più importanti del panorama folk/power metal europeo.

Nel 2023, oltre il 70% delle canzoni entrate nella Billboard Hot 100 aveva avuto un'origine virale su piattaforme social prima di ricevere attenzione radiofonica.

La storica band mod torinese Statuto ristampa due classici della propria discografia, a partire da venerdì 13 febbraio saranno infatti disponibili per Sony Music gli album "Tempi Moderni" del 1997 e "Riskatto" del 1999. Il primo pubblicato originariamente nel 1997 torna oggi in versione doppio vinile 180 grammi e CD. "Tempi Moderni" contiene 12 canzoni in puro stile "brit e power pop" con ricchi arrangiamenti chitarristici e orchestrali, ammiccanti alle migliori produzioni di
