Tha Outlawz (conosciuti anche come Outlaw Immortalz) sono un gruppo di rap americano originario di Montclair, New Jersey. Fondato dal compianto Tupac Shakur alla fine del 1995 dopo la sua liberazione dalla prigione, il gruppo è probabilmente più famoso per la sua apparizione nel video e per le sue performance nella canzone "Hit 'Em Up". Tha Outlawz sono noti per il loro stile rap duro e diretto, spesso incentrato su temi di violenza, giustizia sociale e vita di strada.
