I Modest Mouse sono un gruppo musicale indie rock statunitense formatosi ad Issaquah, Washington, nel 1993. Il nucleo fondante era composto dal chitarrista e cantante Isaac Brock, dal bassista Eric Judy e dal batterista Jeremiah Green. Conosciuti per il loro sound sperimentale che fonde elementi di rock alternativo, folk e psichedelia, i Modest Mouse hanno guadagnato un seguito crescente grazie a album come "Lonesome Crowded West" (1997) e "Good News for People Who Love Bad News" (2004).
