Fifth Angel è un gruppo musicale heavy metal statunitense attivo tra gli anni '80 e '90. Originari di Seattle, Washington, sono noti per il loro sound melodico e progressivo, influenzato da band come Iron Maiden e Judas Priest. Il loro album di debutto, *Time Will Tell*, pubblicato nel 1988, è considerato un classico del genere e ha contribuito a definire l'estetica heavy metal degli anni '80. Il gruppo ha pubblicato altri due album, *The Fifth Angel* (1990) e *A Time to Die* (1992), prima di sciogliersi nel 1993. Nel 2016 il gruppo si è riunito per un tour in Europa.
