For my sins
You gotta forgive me
Lord Jesus
For my sins
For my sins
For the things I do
For the times I run up on the corner
And Cop a sack or two
For the times I cuss a bitch out
Cause they tryna be slick
Cause the times I show a mothafucka
Cause they think that I canÂ’t
Cause it matters to You, Jesus
It matters what I do
And what I got and what I need
It comes only from You
I count my Blessings
Watch my wrongs
IÂ’m not perfect at all
Except for You
I keeps it true
So, Please forgive me, Lord
You gotta forgive me, Lord Jesus
For my sins
For my sins
It ain
Â’t all the time
Pop a pill
Go out and chill
Just to ball and shine
Forgot the worries on my mind
Cause the bills, I do
But all these hatin
Â’ ass hoes hatin
Â’ on me, too
So, Lord, what
Â’s a bitch to do?
I got to live with these niggas
They out here lyin
Â’, stealin
Â’, cheatinÂ’
FuckinÂ’, plottin
Â’ on bitches
It seems the more I try to change
The more I cuss a bitch out
The more I look for better ways
The more they killin
Â’ and robbinÂ’
Whatever happened to the days
We would play in the rain?
With them block parties all day
‘Til the po-lece came
These mothafuckas ain
Â’t the same
I hate to cuss, but I got to
They won
Â’t hear me if I donÂ’t
These niggas all about battle
Try not to judge nobody
Cause IÂ’m not better than them
But I know I can do better
By myself than by them
All of us together
Can do better
If we ask for forgiveness
You got yo chance
Go and get yos
Yo, forgive me Lord
You gotta forgive me, Lord Jesus
For my sins
For my sins
Cause you know my heart
Lord, if you turn yo back on me
It would tear me apart
Cause you were there when times were hard
You was there from the start
And if it wasn
Â’t for you, Lord
I wouldn
Â’t have made it this far
So, Lord, I ask you for forgiveness
Cause sometimes IÂ’m wrong
Think it
Â’s nothing
Say “I’m sorry”
Then I carry on
All the things from the past
Only made me strong
I don
Â’t know what took me so long
But, Lord, please hear my song
You gotta forgive me, Lord Jesus
For my sins
For my sins
For all the shit I done talked
For all them bitches I fought
Time when I bust out
Bitches houses I done went to
Tires I done flattened
Shit I done stole
Times I had to lie, tryna stay free
Make money for my kids, for my family
Times I done got locked up
Went to jail over a nigga
Over some bullshit
All the shit I done did
I ask for your forgiveness, Lord
