I Mest sono un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi a Blue Island, Illinois, nel 1995. Il gruppo ha raggiunto la popolarità negli anni '90 grazie al loro sound alternativo rock caratterizzato da influenze grunge e post-grunge.
