Poison Clan è stato un gruppo hip hop del Sud degli Stati Uniti firmato per Luke Records dal 1990 al 1995. Il gruppo ha avuto diverse formazioni, con membri come JT Money, Debonaire, Uzi, Madball e Big Ram. Poison Clan ha svolto un ruolo importante nello sviluppo del movimento Dirty South che si è sviluppato alla fine degli anni '90. Il gruppo iniziò come un gruppo sponsorizzato da 2 Live Crew su Luke Records e terminò quando la forza motrice del gruppo, JT Money, intraprese una carriera solista più di successo dopo una disputa commerciale con Luke. Nonostante abbiano lottato per ottenere notorietà al di fuori di Miami negli anni '90, lo stile di rap sleazy, orientato ai club e guidato dal basso di Poison Clan ha fornito il modello per il movimento Dirty South della fine degli anni '90. Alcuni dei loro brani più rappresentativi includono "I'm a Player", "Gettin' It In" e "Dirty South".
