Armand van Helden è un musicista, DJ e produttore discografico statunitense nato a New York nel 1970. Considerato uno dei pionieri della house music negli anni '90, ha contribuito in modo significativo alla diffusione del genere con hit come "You Don't Know Me" (1996) e "The Funk Phenomena" (2000). Van Helden è noto per il suo stile energico e contagioso, caratterizzato da ritmi incalzanti, melodie orecchiabili e un uso creativo di campioni. Oltre alla sua carriera solista, ha collaborato con numerosi artisti, tra cui A-Trak, formando il duo Duck Sauce, famoso per brani come "Barbra Streisand" (2010). Armand van Helden continua a produrre musica e suonare in tutto il mondo, rimanendo un punto di riferimento per la scena house contemporanea.
