New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) sono un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi a Boston nel 1984. Il produttore Maurice Starr, dopo aver collaborato con New Edition, ha riunito cinque ragazzi bianchi per creare una boy band che potesse competere con il successo dei suoi ex protegés. NKOTB hanno dominato la scena musicale degli anni '80, diventando uno dei gruppi più popolari di sempre e aprendo la strada a successivi gruppi come Take That e Backstreet Boys. Il loro sound pop orecchiabile, le coreografie elaborate e l'immagine da teen idol hanno conquistato milioni di fan in tutto il mondo.
