Now people's always laughing saying "man what went wrong"
They're always telling me they're listening but they don't hear my song
And that reminds me of the good times and how things used to be
Was makin' friends sellin' tens yo the Porsche that was me
But then it wall went stop, Kung Fu Chop, I did my thing took it to the top
Been around the World to many places,
Seen pretty girls with smiling faces
TV shows that had lots of clout met the "Yo D" had to knock them out
But now I'm on the drop my heart's been torn,
Here I am in your face let's get it on
Chorus:
Get it on, bang a gong, get it on
Bang a gong gonna get it on party on through 'til the break of dawn
Get it on, bang a gong, get it on
You gotta you gotta you gotta get it on
Please now baby driving me crazy,
Boy you've got to get it on
Now I've played the game felt the fame and baby it was real
Hey it's not funny, got no money 'cause I'm in a dodgy deal
But I feel fine I'll bide my time I know I'll be back again
'Cause when I come with Kick The Can I'm heading straight for the ten
So gather round we're gonna hit the town don't wanna hear
Shake Ya Body down
Don't wanna talk about all the scenes about those LFB has-beens
So A.T. hear my shout you wanna set free come check us out
We're back on the drop and my heart's been told,
Here we are in your face let's get it on
Chrous:
Get it on, bang a gong, get it on
Bang a gong gonna get it on party on through 'til the break of dawn
Get it on, bang a gong, get it on
Don't stop 'til you've had enough
Please now baby driving me crazy,
Boy you've got to get it on
All right break it down
It's time to Get It On
Chrous:
Get it on, bang a gong, get it on
Bang a gong gonna get it on party on through 'til the break of dawn
Get it on, bang a gong, get it on
Don't stop 'til you've had enough
