Big boy General Levy in the building a be blazing
Big up the youth dem, worldwide
Put on the knife, put on the gun (jeez)
And praise the all-mighty one
Yo, practice what we preaching
That is what we teach them
Let the youth dem know, know
Let them find a reason
Blossom every season
Make the youth them grow, grow
Yo, read 'em like a bible
Fighting for survival
Friends become rivals
Everywhere you go
You got to break the cycle
People can be spiteful
Why they wanna fight you
They don't even know
Give thanks, give praise
'Cause what you give out you're gonna get back
Spread love, and spread peace
'Cause that's the best way to make an impact
So what's the point in losing your soul?
Life is worth more than silver and gold
So rise up, and stand tall
Even when your back is against the wall
So what? Keep up the focus, keep up the faith
Good things come back to those who wait
What you think is what you create
Stick to the family, it's never to late
Don't try to carry to much on the shoulder
Like the wet days, it's getting colder
Nowadays you gotta be a soldier
Gotta get wiser
We got to live it up
We got to bless it up
We never stress it up
We not gon' mess it up
We got to love it up
We got to club it up
They problem massive
From the east and the west, yeah
Practice what we preaching
That is what we teach them
Let the youth dem know, know
Let them find a reason
Blossom every season
Make the youth them grow, grow
Yo, read 'em like a bible
Fighting for survival
Friends become rivals
Everywhere you go

'Cause that's the best way to make an impact
So what's the point in losing your soul?
Life is worth more than silver and gold
So rise up, stand tall
Even when your back is against the wall
General Levy with it, computer...
Gotta get it...
Practice what we preaching
That is what we teach them
Let the youth dem know, know
Let them find a reason
Blossom every season
Make the youth them grow, grow
Yo, read 'em like a bible
Fighting for survival

Lord have mercy
