Theory of a Deadman (TOAD) è una rock band canadese proveniente da Delta, Columbia Britannica, formatasi nel 2001. Il gruppo, attualmente sotto contratto con Roadrunner Records e Island Records, fonde elementi di post-grunge, alternative rock, country e acustico.
