Racoon è un gruppo musicale alternativo rock olandese formatosi nel 1997 a Haarlem. Il gruppo, composto da Barry van Leeuwen (voce), Diederik van den Berg (chitarra), Robin van der Linden (basso) e Joost van der Werf (batteria), ha raggiunto un grande successo in Olanda con album come "The Last of the Mohicans" (2003) e "Racoon" (2005). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, testi introspettivi e una forte componente rock. Tra i brani più famosi di Racoon figurano "I'm Not Afraid", "The Last of the Mohicans" e "My Own Way". Il gruppo ha collaborato con artisti come The Common Linnets e ha partecipato a numerosi festival musicali in Europa.
