Aly and AJ sono un duo musicale statunitense formato dalle sorelle Alyson e Amanda Joy Michalka. Iniziarono la loro carriera nel mondo della musica pop giovanile negli anni 2000, guadagnandosi rapidamente una fanbase grazie a cover di successo come "Do You Believe In Magic?" (originale dei Lovin' Spoonful) presente nella colonna sonora di un film Disney Channel e "Walking On Sunshine", inclusa nell'album di Herbie: Fully Loaded. Il loro album di debutto, Into The Rush, uscito nel 2005, ha venduto oltre 800.000 copie negli Stati Uniti nonostante le sorelle avessero solo 16 e 14 anni all'epoca. Tra i loro brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Rush", "Chemicals React" e "Potential Breakup Song".
