Not By Choice è un gruppo musicale punk rock canadese proveniente da Ajax, Ontario. Attivi dal 2003, la band ha guadagnato popolarità nel circuito underground punk con il loro sound aggressivo e le liriche introspettive. Nonostante non abbiano raggiunto lo stesso livello di successo dei conterranei Sum 41, Not By Choice hanno costruito una solida base di fan grazie a tour intensi e un'impronta costante nella scena musicale canadese. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Last Time", "This Is My Life" e "No More Lies".
