Therapy? è un gruppo alternative metal nordirlandese formatosi a Ballyclare nel 1989 da Andy Cairns (chitarra e voce) e Fyfe Ewing (batteria). Dopo aver inciso il primo demo con Cairns al basso, la band ingaggiò Michael McKeegan. Il loro sound, caratterizzato da riff pesanti, melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi, ha conquistato un seguito internazionale. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "Screamager", "Nowhere" e "Teethgrinder". Therapy? ha pubblicato numerosi album, tra cui "Babyteeth" (1994), "Troublegum" (1994) e "Semi-Detached" (1997). La band è considerata una delle più influenti del genere alternative metal nordirlandese.
