The Classic Crime è un gruppo musicale post-hardcore originario di Seattle, Washington. Attivo dal 2003, il gruppo ha pubblicato diversi album sotto l'etichetta Tooth and Nail Records. La formazione attuale comprende Matt MacDonald (voce, chitarra), Alan Clark (basso), Robert "Cheeze" Negrin (chitarra), Paul "Skip" Erickson (batteria, voce) e Justin DuQue (chitarra, voce).
