Dead Poet Society è un gruppo rock statunitense formatosi a Boston, Massachusetts, nel 2013. I membri fondatori sono Jack Underkofler (voce), Jack Collins (chitarra), Nick Taylor (basso) e Will Goodroad (batteria). Nel 2019, Dylan Brenner ha sostituito Taylor al basso. La band ha iniziato come gruppo indipendente, autoproducendo e autoregistrando le proprie canzoni prima di firmare con la Spinefarm Records nel 2020. Il loro album di debutto, -!-, è uscito nel 2021. Il sound dei Dead Poet Society, definito dal frontman Jack Underkofler come "heavy indie rock" e "djent pop", fonde riff di chitarra pesanti con melodie pop orecchiabili. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Sound of Silence", "My Heart Is a Drum Machine" e "We Are the Dead".
