The Dead Weather è un supergruppo alternativo rock statunitense formatosi a Nashville nel marzo 2009. Il gruppo è composto da Jack White (vocalista e chitarrista dei The White Stripes), Alison Mosshart (cantante e chitarrista di The Kills), Dean Fertita (tastiere, chitarra) e Jack Lawrence (basso). La loro musica è caratterizzata da un sound potente e aggressivo, con influenze blues, garage rock e punk. Il primo album in studio, "Horehound", uscito nel 2009, ha ricevuto ampi consensi di critica e ha raggiunto la posizione numero 20 nella classifica Billboard 200.
