Life ain't all that it seems
Everybody wanna get what they deserve
But we're harvesting dreams
Sometimes it never rains on us
And it brings the pain on us
You never know what it will happen
When you wake up in the morning
Man , times are rough when the money ain't really the problem
And the only sound in the city is really police sirens
To ambulances, and avalanches
Especially when you put all your eggs in warm basket
I'm trying to run past it, things just seem to never change
Every day praying for some God into so many ways dedicate
Your heart to your people your soul to your family
I feel like I made it and that's without a plaque or a grammy
I'm actually happy the end things when to laugh or I'm angry
To the fact that I would gladly give it all y'all that hax me
Feeling the sun, the rain too much in love
I live for the buzz that it gives me when I'm giving it up
[Hook]
I tried baby, I tried
I tried to bring gold into your life
It will be fine
It will all be fine
It will be fine
Things go, and all of them things go
But baby I'ma ride for you
Roll down them windows
And baby just fly
It will all be fine
It will be fine
Look what became of our love
I ain't making it up
How are you supposed to feel awaken and dumb
I'm airing it out 'cause everybody thinks what they want
But can't do what I want but that depend where you're living your life
You got problems to your neck boy you in debt boy
What's next boy gotta get a cheque boy
We got these issues that we deal on with daily
That we reading in the daily we just need to live a day free
Man if everything was easy what would we be probably having
A million cd's that just came out on the weekly
If you see me or you meet me wrote and greet me
And you'll see that I ain't different from the person
That you see when you brush your teeth
We got it all, all you need to do is find it man
You driving down that road when that vision still is blind
So we dragging to be calm
And keep our thoughts silent if emotions get invalid
At least I can say I tried it
[Hook]
I tried baby, I tried
I tried to bring gold into your life
It will be fine
It will all be fine
It will be fine
Things go, and all of them things go
But baby I'ma ride for you
Roll down them windows
And baby just fly
It will all be fine
It will be fine
[Bridge]
I tried
When the truth comes out the youth comes out of my mind
I tried
Yeah all that useless information we take it goes blind
I tried
There ain't no time to waste and I'll be taking my time
I tried
When it's all set and done at least I tried, I tried , I tried
[Hook]
I tried baby, I tried
I tried to bring gold into your life
It will be fine
It will all be fine
It will be fine
Things go, and all of them things go
But baby I'ma ride for you
Roll down them windows
And baby just fly
It will all be fine
It will be fine
I tried
I tried
I tried
