Phoenix è un gruppo musicale rock francese formatosi a Versailles nel 1995. Composto da Thomas Mars (voce), Deck d'Arcy (chitarra), Laurent Brancowitz (chitarra) e Christian Mazzalai (basso), il quartetto ha conquistato fama internazionale con la sua musica energica, caratterizzata da un mix di indie rock, new wave e synth-pop. Dopo una serie di EP e album indipendenti, Phoenix ha ottenuto il successo globale nel 2009 con l'album *Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix*, che include i singoli "1901", "Lisztomania" e "Fences".
