The Script sono un gruppo pop rock irlandese formatosi a Dublino nel 2001. La band, inizialmente composta da Danny O'Donoghue (voce, tastiere), Mark Sheehan (chitarra) e Glen Power (batteria), ha raggiunto il successo internazionale con album come "The Script" (2008), "Science and Faith" (2010) e "#3" (2014). I loro brani, caratterizzati da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi, hanno conquistato le classifiche mondiali. Tra i successi più noti figurano "Breakeven", "The Man Who Can't Be Moved", "Hall of Fame" e "Superheroes". Mark Sheehan è morto il 14 aprile 2023, lasciando un vuoto incolmabile nella band.
