The 1975 sono una band indie pop britannica formatasi a Manchester nel 2002. Il gruppo è composto da Matthew "Matty" Healy (voce), Adam Hann (chitarra), George Daniel (batteria) e Ross MacDonald (basso). Conosciuti per il loro sound elettronico, influenzato dal synth-pop degli anni '80 e dalla musica indie rock, The 1975 hanno raggiunto un grande successo internazionale con album come "The 1975" (2013), "I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it" (2016) e "A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships" (2018).
