Boss Hogg Outlawz is a Houston based label started by rapper Slim Thug and his brother Rayface. The label is the name sake of the group as well, which includes Slim Thug, Killa Kyleon, J-Dawg, Young Black, PJ Tha Rap Hustler, Chris Ward, Sir Daily and the label's sole R&B artist, Rob Smallz. On August 3, 2008, after label shakeups, minimal communication, staff firings and numerous delays for his sophomore album, Boss of All Bosses, Slim asked for his release from Interscope. This enabled him to take his label back to its independent roots.
