Il gruppo è composto dai membri Tye Nitty, Twinz Gambino e Godfather Lieutenant.!. the III. Sono parte integrante della scena hip hop di Queensbridge, che include rapper come Nas, Cormega e Mobb Deep, con radici nel movimento Juice Crew. Amici fin dall'infanzia, i membri di Infamous Mobb - Godfather Lieutenant.!. the III, Tye Nitty, Twinz Gambino e Twin Scarface - sono cresciuti nella parte 41st side 21st Street di Queensbridge. Gambino e Scarface erano gemelli; Twin Scarface è morto in un incidente d'auto alla fine del 1996.
