Earth, Wind and Fire è un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi a Chicago nel 1969. Considerati uno dei gruppi funk più influenti di tutti i tempi, hanno raggiunto il successo internazionale negli anni '70 con brani disco come «September» e «Boogie Wonderland». Il loro sound caratteristico combina elementi di soul, jazz, R and B e afrobeat, creando un'atmosfera energica e coinvolgente. Il gruppo è composto da una formazione corale potente, strumentisti eccezionali e testi che parlano di amore, speranza e unità. Tra i loro album più importanti figurano «That's the Way of the World» (1975) e «Spirit» (1976). Earth, Wind and Fire hanno vinto sette Grammy Awards e sono stati inseriti nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nel 2000. Oltre a «September» e «Boogie Wonderland», altri brani rappresentativi includono «Shining Star», «Let's Groove» e «Reasons».
