Dexter Freebish è una band rock proveniente da Austin, Texas. Il gruppo è composto da Rob Kyle (voce), Scott Romig e Billy (chitarre), Chris Lowe (basso e cori) e Rob Schilz (batteria). La band ha pubblicato tre album, con un nuovo lavoro previsto per la fine del 2009. Dexter Freebish si distingue per un sound energico e orecchiabile, influenzato dal rock alternativo e dalla musica indie. Tra i brani più noti figurano "The Ballad of the Broken Heart", "Texas Sun" e "Radio Silence".
