The Twang è un gruppo musicale indie rock britannico formatosi a Birmingham nel 2004. Composto da Phil Etheridge (voce, chitarra), Jonny Brown (chitarra), Ross 'Razz' McKenzie (basso) e Mark 'Mucky' Jones (batteria), il gruppo ha raggiunto la popolarità con il loro album di debutto "The Twang" del 2007. L'album, prodotto da Steve Osborne, ha venduto oltre 100.000 copie nel Regno Unito e ha generato successi come "Two Wrongs Make a Right", "Sick of It" e "I Don't Wanna Be Your Friend". La loro musica è caratterizzata da riff di chitarra energici, melodie orecchiabili e testi diretti che esplorano temi di amore, amicizia e vita quotidiana.
