Manticore
Cradle Of Filth è una band inglese di black metal fondata nel 1991 a Suffolk. Considerati uno dei gruppi più influenti del genere, sono noti per il loro stile musicale oscuro e teatrale, caratterizzato da atmosfere gotiche, melodie sinfoniche e testi spesso ispirati alla letteratura horror e al folklore britannico. Il loro debutto, *The Principle of Evil Made Flesh* (1994), segnò l'inizio di una carriera ricca di successi, tra cui gli album *Dusk... and Her Embrace* (1996) e *Cruelty and the Beast* (2000). Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano *Her Ghost in the Fog*, *Midian*, e *From Cradle to Enslave*. Il frontman Dani Filth è noto per il suo stile vocale distintivo, le performance teatrali e la sua personalità eccentrica.
E' prevista per il prossimo 22 settembre la pubblicazione del nuovo album dei Cradle Of Filth "Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay". Il dodicesimo lavoro in studio della band inglese, etichetta Nuclear Blast Records, esce a due anni di distanza dal precedente "Hammer Of The Witches".
