The Lonely Island è un trio comico americano formato da Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone e Andy Samberg. Attivi dal 2001, hanno raggiunto la fama grazie a sketch comici musicali pubblicati su YouTube e successivamente integrati in programmi televisivi come Saturday Night Live. Il loro stile si basa sull'hip hop parodistico, spesso con testi ironici e assurdi che mettono in ridicolo stereotipi musicali e culturali. Tra i brani più famosi figurano "I'm on a Boat", "Jack Sparrow" e "Dick in a Box".
