Heltah Skeltah è un duo hip hop formato da Rock (conosciuto anche come Da Rockness Monstah) e Ruck (Sean Price). Entrambi i membri fanno parte del supergruppo newyorkese Boot Camp Clik, insieme a Buckshot, Smif-N-Wessun e O.G.C.. Attivi dal 1990, hanno contribuito in modo significativo alla scena hip hop underground con un sound caratterizzato da rime intricate, beat pesanti e una forte influenza del jazz. Il loro album di debutto, "Heltah Skeltah", uscito nel 1996, è considerato un classico dell'hip hop underground. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Show", "A Day in the Life" e "I Ain't Goin' Nowhere".
