Saving Abel è una rock band americana proveniente da Corinth, Mississippi. Formata nel 2004 da Jared Weeks e Jason Null, il nome del gruppo si ispira alla storia biblica di Cain ed Abele. Jason Null, ideatore del nome, trovò la frase «Non c'era salvezza per Abele» durante una ricerca online sulla storia, che gli sembrò particolarmente significativa. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da un mix di hard rock e southern rock, con influenze metalcore.
