Helheim è un gruppo musicale norvegese di black metal fondato nel 1993 a Bergen. Il nome del gruppo deriva dalla mitologia norrena, dove Helheim è il regno dei morti. La musica di Helheim è caratterizzata da atmosfere cupe e malinconiche, con influenze provenienti dal folk norvegese. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Heksebrenning", "Sorgens Sang" e "Helheims Døtre". Il gruppo ha pubblicato diversi album in studio, tra cui "...And the Serpent's Tongue Shall Speak" (1996) e "The Black Sun" (2003).
